Exploring Anxiety & Depression

This is a self-help support group for people suffering from anxiety or depression.

This friendly and non-judgemental group offers ample time for discussion, though you don’t have to say anything if you don’t want to. Professional and experienced speakers help us look at many aspects of anxiety and depression, and at various ways of improving these conditions. The course seeks to provide fresh perspectives in a supportive atmosphere, but does not provide counselling or therapy.

Next course starts on Wednesday 27 February 2019.
